The room was clean, but when we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. There is a kitchen in the room, but there's no utensils to use to eat with, and no cleaning supplies if we needed to wash dishes either. The towels were clean, but you would have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's no coffee machine in the room. The stove and microwave were also extremely corroded.

The room was clean. The facility was awful. The property had two locations one looked like what was advertised. The second looked and felt like a crackhouse. People who were hanging around...an herbal substance filled the air. My elderly mother felt unsafe as did I. It was deplorable. I will never use this franchise again bc the model does not promote safety for short term travelers.

Cheap, and it shows

I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I was only in town for two days, and boy did the quality of the cheapness show. Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.
