It was a hotel in disrepair, in escrow, and I believe the check in crew knew that and passed off most complaints or concerns. Room key did NOT work on multiple occasions. The check in agent told me he would finally after 2 or 3 strikes, show me how to open the door. MY 2 keys did NOT work, his Master Key also did NOT work.
He said he would upgrade me to a better room, which was really just a different floor. We got upgraded to the 3rd Floor, Not a better room, just a higher floor. Of course there was NO working elevator.
