The public areas have been updated, and the room itself was good, but the bathroom (rm 300) was outdated and tired. No Air conditioning in the room either, just a fan. Given this was a "hot" day, we had to open the windows to get some non-sniffling air on, but then you get the traffic noise.
Staff were good though.
Car park was hard to find. I broke this hotel based, partly, on parking. They didn't say it is an extra £9.... you can pay to stay overnight in Sainsbury's car park for £7.50... which we weren't told.
