My kids and i stayed for two days here to visit Universal Studios. The front desk person Juan is very nice and accommodating and attentive. As well as Jessy. We stayed on first floor unfortunately the room on top of was was very loud. We couldn't sleep at all. Overall this is a decent place to stay particularly if you have children and your budget is tight.

This place was adorable. I know it's older, but that's where all of it's charm comes from. The 2 king room was HUGE!! One bed was very comfortable, the other one could use replacing. Some of the furniture was old and most people would say replace it, but I personally liked the vintage feel of it. I loved the courtyard area and all of the plants, it was very inviting and relaxing. The parking lot seemed on the smaller size, but there were a lot of open spots, and lit pretty well. There is a lot of food options near by and the area was very close to where we needed to go. I thought the area was pretty quiet, and I would stay here again.

First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. Our check-in was great. The location was easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, this place was not impressive. The walls were paper thin when taking a shower if somebody below turned the water on you got an extreme hot or cold burst of water. You can tell a lot of the furniture and the carpentry work was not the best. My family left early one morning to go to Universal Studios and when we returned home later that evening, somehow our door had been unlocked the manager said he checked the video footage and could not figure out how the door unlocked. We were very lucky that none of our items were stolen, but just knowing that the door was open the entire day is enough for me to not return to this location
