Great location horrible timing.

Hotel is in the middle of remodel. Got a terrible small room without a working TV. Hotel told us they would relocate us in the morning which they did. We were told to return at 2pm move everything and then waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the rooms cable. In the middle of the afternoon putting a damper on our entire afternoon. Noisy ang messy everywhere from remodeling.

Definitely Not handicapped friendly with only a Broken elevator. The television wasn’t working and the young guy behind the desk didn’t offer to help, nor did he give us standard check-in instructions like the wi-fi password. Really Cheap, in the worst sense of the word!! Coffee in the morning was Cold.

Was a $50 a night stay I paid double the bed was comfortable the room tv I couldn’t get it to work. The window unit was unplugged and very dirty so I left it alone even though the noise would be nice and sink and tub was ok but room was dingy and was just not a great hotel but location was decent for what I needed but the price way to high for the quality

Estancia placentera, solo una noche sin problema alguno…… tuvimos oportunidad de ingresar a la habitación 2 horas antes sin problema… habitación amplia con todas las comodidades, solo elevador no servía…. Un poco de ruido en la noches pero nada que no se pueda soportar, te piden tarjeta de crédito al registro para retención por alguna eventualidad Por precio y cercanía al puerto me parece adecuado, si regresaría

Our overall stay was good. Location was close to everything and was within walking distance. Since it is a motel near downtown, there was noise at night but it didn’t bother us much. The TV also didn’t work, that did bother us haha. But overall it was a fine stay for the price point and distance to everything.

Better that expected

This looks like a Motel kind of property. It’s small maybe compared to other hotels, but it really impressed me. They had no breakfast, but at least they had coffee and water for guests. They gave us a free room upgrade and the room was very comfortable. We arrived early and, since they weren’t able to check us in early, they stored our luggage until it was check in time. Personnel was very friendly and attentive.

Seattle- Belltown after cruise stay

Just an economical overnight stay after a cruise…within walking to Light rail station/Westlake Mall and Pike Market. Motel has a secure luggage room before/after checkin/checkout! This room was clean, comfortable and all that we needed.

Rude staff, otherwise hotel is overall good.

Came inside lobby on his phone no hi/hey, I have to say hi for him to stand and yes he stood up still on his phone for a bit then Staff: Checking in? Name? Me :giving details Staff: ID and credit card for deposit. I will charge you $20 for parking. Me: what? I filtered my search for. Free parking and this hotel came up that’s the reason I booked. Staff: it used to be free but they changed. If you can show me a proof that says it’s free then I won’t charge you. Me: showing the app I use to book. ( he didn’t even bother to look on my phone) Staff: put this paper on your dashboard Your room is … That is exactly the conversation no more no less. I wish they have cctv in their office.
