I think the pictures will speak more than the words to express the horrible stay we had at 3 Palms in Tucson this past weekend. The things that the pictures don't show, I will elaborate. First, I called 3 Palms and asked for an early check-in due to us driving from Colorado Springs, Colorado, for 12 hours and needing to meet with family before, and the receptionist said that she would note the account and it will be taken care of but it was not when we arrived at 3 Palms in Tucson. We were then told that our room would be ready by noon, so we went and got breakfast and notified our family that we would be meeting in the afternoon. The room was still not ready at noon, and nothing had been noted on the reservation. We were finally able to get into our room after 430 pm, but missed some family functions due to the hotel issues. The room was filthy (please see photos). The next day, we did family activities and then came back to our room at 430 pm to shower and get ready for dinner with our family, and the room was not cleaned or serviced, so no towels or beds made or anything. When calling the front desk, they apologized and said it should have been done by 4 pm, but would send us towels because the room service personnel had already left for the day. I have never sent in a negative review, and I am sad that I have to now, but 3 Palms did nothing to help make our stay better in any way, and it kept getting worse and worse. I pray we get reimbursed or something for this disaster
