Nicer than appears outside.

This place is a good lesson in not judging a book by the covers. I reserved it because it got good reviews but got nervous when I arrived because on the outside it looked like a sketchy motel with a fancy "façade". However once inside the rooms the installations were very nice. Only issue I had was there was a lot of hairs on my pillow which was icky - they resolved it the next day.

Worse stay ever!

I think the pictures will speak more than the words to express the horrible stay we had at 3 Palms in Tucson this past weekend. The things that the pictures don't show, I will elaborate. First, I called 3 Palms and asked for an early check-in due to us driving from Colorado Springs, Colorado, for 12 hours and needing to meet with family before, and the receptionist said that she would note the account and it will be taken care of but it was not when we arrived at 3 Palms in Tucson. We were then told that our room would be ready by noon, so we went and got breakfast and notified our family that we would be meeting in the afternoon. The room was still not ready at noon, and nothing had been noted on the reservation. We were finally able to get into our room after 430 pm, but missed some family functions due to the hotel issues. The room was filthy (please see photos). The next day, we did family activities and then came back to our room at 430 pm to shower and get ready for dinner with our family, and the room was not cleaned or serviced, so no towels or beds made or anything. When calling the front desk, they apologized and said it should have been done by 4 pm, but would send us towels because the room service personnel had already left for the day. I have never sent in a negative review, and I am sad that I have to now, but 3 Palms did nothing to help make our stay better in any way, and it kept getting worse and worse. I pray we get reimbursed or something for this disaster

Nice place. We will stay again!

Our stay was nice. The staff I did interact with was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is we got the city view room and we were in the back with view of trash bins and the concrete staircase which was busy with people walking and talking off and on throughout the nights. However, we had a 3 hr drive and were not able to leave until we got off work so maybe all the other rooms were given away and we got what was left, which is our own fault.

nice rooms, well kept facility

the room was very well done,kitchenette with adequate supplies. the problem with our stay, which we extended through the hotel for an additional night was they were changing their TV service and while I was told we would have the same or better tv selection by evening , the TV channels were all old TV shows, no guide or way to select anything other than standard stations. Unacceptable , no discount for a normally included service in any hotel,any where. The staff were apologetic for the "inconvenience" and that was that.

The service here was bar none. Awesome people, great at their job, very respectful, down to earth & even sympathetic. I was so impressed i wrote them a thank u note in calligraphy. This place was exceptionally clean & newly remodeled. A safe neighborhood, clean environment, blackout curtains plus comfy bed = best sleep. & price was phenomenal. I will come bk.

I thought we were in the Third World country hotel

My stay at three Palms was horrible. I stayed at three Palms before with no problems and always enjoyed myself this time. My girlfriend and I went in thinking we were gonna have a good time. Watch TV eat. Eat pretty much just hang out when we get there after checking in The door is completely open and the door frame where the latch is screwed onto it wascompletely taken it off its hinges it was not comfortable nor did I feel safe. . Office to let them know about the cable and the doors of how we needed them. I’m sure to feel safe. They came in. They put some nails on the on the latch, but those are the skinny nails about 1 inch long door frame was still very loose.
