Proximity to Mount Lemmon and the Canyon Tour as well as the decommissioned missile museum and biosphere made our stay memorable. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores helped us have more leisure time. The courtyard/pool area was centrally located blocking all road traffic noise. We had a group of 14 and the courtyard offered plenty of room for us and other guests to enjoy the surroundings.

Our room was so dirty. There was old food and half drank coffee cups left behind in the fridge. When we opened the couch to use the couch bed there were dirty tissues all underneath that we had to pick up. There was old food and cough drops under the curtains and of course our baby was finding everything. Also our curtains had gross stains on them that looked like urine. The room looks pretty but it’s like a bandaid on top of old and dirty furniture. It was also frustrating to not have extra bed linens or pillows for our room even though we put the correct amount of people staying. So we had to walk up to the front and find them late at night - because no one answered the phone up front. So that was frustrating. It was just overall not a great stay and felt so unclean. The pool was nice.

Second time staying here. It is excellent for the price! Older property but newly remodeled with rooms having (2) 55” UHD smart TV’s. We love the pool and the hot tub! The grounds and pool are always sparkling clean. Heated pool. Water temperature is 80 degrees (Feb / March) according to my smart watch. Hot tub is 102 degrees. All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful from the front desk, the groundskeepers and the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask, they just did it. Excellent! I had a roll of toilet paper by the bed for allergies and the cleaning staff left an extra box of tissue by the bed :-) Excellent stay! We’ll be back!
