Check in process was smooth & quick. Room was clean & comfortable. Easy access to popular restaurants. This was our 2nd year staying there and both trips were great!!

My friends checked in before me. They were supposed to ask for a room near them. I don't know if this happened. But when I got there, the front desk guy wanted to put me on the second floor. My reservation asked for a first floor room, and I asked to be near my friends. After much push back, I did get a first floor room, in the same building as my friends, but the opposite side. We made it work. The room was clean. The 'frig did rattle a bit when it cycled, but it wasn't too bad. Bring your own breakfast here.

No shampoo and such in the room, AC wasn't very comfortable. It was apparent that the room was probably being updated, it wasn't bad, but for the money paid I did expect a little more.

Called the front desk at 3am after several hours of people outside the room screaming and yelling and banging on doors, receptionist stated that they were aware and had been doing it for a few weekends and that once her manager wakes up at 6am he would go talk to them. I explained to the receptionist that I had to be up at 5am for work and I would just call the cops if I knew what room they were in. And she just said OKAY and hung up.

Look, I know they can't control the weather, but the way they handled the aftermath was terrible. I was there when a micro storm came through. Wind and rain was intense. The room door had a broken seal and was not square, which meant wind and rain came in around the edges. Literally a puddle formed under the door in our room. The power went off soon after which again was out of their control, but there were ZERO emergency lights in walkways, hallways, rooms - anywhere. At no point did anyone come to check on rooms and guests. The power was out all night which led to the inroom fridge melting and causing another puddle. No offers of discount or additional stay offered. I mentioned the puddles and poor door seal and got no response.

Room was huge, clean comfortable. Several other clients spent a significant amount of time loitering in the parking area. Being a lone female, i was uncomfortable and left without spending tbe night.

The good: friendly staff, large room, fairly clean, microwave and mini fridge worked. Bed and pillows comfortable enough. The bad: overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in non smoking room. Tried to air it out and kept the fan on, but it had permeated every surface, even the towels reaked of it. TV didnt work. No shower curtain in the shower. Bed sounded like it was going to fall apart when sitting on it Went down to complain and no one ever came up to check on our issues. Day manager was courteous but just offered excuses.

I gave a low rating because of the RUDENESS of the hotel manager.. The room was clean and comfortable, absolutely a decent room.. There was no soap and I thought we were short a towel. I went to the front desk and he gave me a bar of soap but he followed me to the room. As I was shutting the door he barged his way through and went straight to the sink and bathroom and counted the towels.. My wifes jaw dropped and I'm glad she was dressed because he was rude.. Check out time is at 11am, so we were just about ready to walk out the door and it was approximately 11:05 to 11:10 am and I had two bags in my hands when there was a pounding on our door. It was the same man and he barged in saying check out time is 11am ! and began removing our belongings and started making the bed.. We discovered when we got home that some of our medications were missing.. They got left behind in the ado that was happened. I call and the same man answered and said he couldn't find them.. Stay away

I got the key, walked in the room, turned around and left. No heat, no lights that worked, and the room smelled like a gallon of bleach.
