I didn't like your check-in hostess. I got into a dispute with her upon check-in. When I 1st was checking in, she told me that "I had reserved only 1 rm". I told her "I reserved 2 rms & got a quote for that". She said there was only 1 room with my name on it, I told her "I don't know how that can be". She kept saying "u only have 1 room reserve". I kept telling her "it can't be". Then I told her "the other rooms probably under my son's name". This is where my dispute began. She asked me "I need your son's Driver's License or ID". I told her "I'm the one made the reservation & that he only had a ID and he didn't have it on him". She kept saying "I need his ID to check-in". I had to say over & over, "he doesn't have it". Again, she just kept saying "I need it to complete that room 4 check-in" (like I was going to be able to produce it right out of thin air). We went back and forth with her insisting. I didn't know what else I could say or do. I didn't want to, but I was getting frustrated with her by this time & had began to raise my voice. I told her that "I only put his name on that room because that I knew I couldn't possibly occupy 2 rooms at the same time. Staff was starting to listen in. After awhile, she finally said something to where I was able to finally pay for both rooms, but @ no time, did she ever apologized on the way she handled the situation. I also didn't like the $50 deposit (4 each rm). I stayed in the area b4 & wasn't charge b4 w/o knowing ahead of time.
