Don’t stay here

They left the window cracked unbeknownst to us, and we heard drunk people yelling and screaming most of the night. Also, there was no plug or nightstand (or lamp) on my side of the bed, making it difficult with my cpap.

Lack of communication on advand reservation!

We planned and reserved his trip a few months in advance. We had lots of down time (5 days) to spend at this location due to the nature of our visit. One of the features that we hoped to use was the pool. Unfortunately, it was under renovation. Even though it was a main reason to stay here, we were never told it would be closed. They told us at checkin we could cancel and find another hotel? Find another hotel when we arrived? At 11:00 at night? No compensation for lack of notification. Very dissapointed! For the amount of money, better communication would have served the public well. Many were dissapointed over this. TV's also have terrible reception. If just for 1 night no biggie but we were there 5 days so these short comings and lack of notification, mattered to us.

During the day jackhammering from pool repair. during the night, you can hear people walking above us and talking next to us TV blaring till 1:30 am appears not to have any sound .insulation between the floors or the walls. I know the hotel has no control of the inhabitants making noise, but it does make for a miserable night.

Too loud

We were just staying over night for a tournament and had to be up very early. The hotel is so loud, between the events going on in the ballrooms and bar, the bar next door to the hotel, and wedding guests staying in the hotel but hanging out and being loud in the halls. It made it very hard to get to sleep. Otherwise, it’s a pretty location and the rooms are decent

Hotel is beautiful, very clean & comfortable and in a nice area. Unfortunately, during this stay there were late night party goers twice in the hallway between 1-2:00 AM returning to their rooms who had not regard for people sleeping. Walls thin, particularly in the bathroom, and could hear the guy in the room next door. However, I would stay there again.
