Blinds were broken, bed was very squeeky, heavy smell of smoke in the hallways from cigarettes. Breakfast wasn't even Breakfast muffin and a granola bar. I wouldn't stay there again.

Dirty room. Stains on sheets and towels. Couch in room diry and ripped. Shower door wont close. Free "breakfast" you get oatmeal and small muffins. No juice or coffee. Ghetto people staying in hotel. Cops outside at night and the next morning. Would never stay here again even if it was free.

They have no control over the guest that have children. They stayed up to three and 4 o’clock in the morning, running jumping and stamping.

The first room they gave us had people in it! The next room, the locks didn’t work properly. The third room was very dirty with sheets on the bed that looked like they had not been washed! We did not stay the night here after that!

The A/C heater was so loud that everytime it came on it woke me up...and....i can sleep through a lot! The shower was dirty with hair and mold. The shower head had most the holes blocked so it was squirting everywhere. The breakfast only had cheap stale prepackaged muffins and hot water with black tea bags. NO COFFEE!! Bed was comfortable though!!

The elevator was not working and it was a hassle going up and down the stairs with the stuff. Staff was nice. The breakfast was okay only thing offered were muffins and oatmeal, no coffee. Also, if you're planning on showering once getting there make sure you check to see if you have any shampoo, if not you have to go all the way down to reception to ask for some.

Location was very convenient,surrounding area was very nice and pricing seemed fair as I have stayed at extended stays before but DONT waste your time and money at this specific location in Redlands ca. From the start had issues as soon as we walked in the TV or AC didn’t work so we immediately got changed to another room but “this room” had a guest with dogs so whatever we have dogs but after we finally tried to rest you can smell the light odor of dogs.this room had a working Ac so that was our moment to finally rest after a long day, but once again the TV didn’t work brought to desk lady attention but didn’t seemed to concerned to help fix it. So just went to our room to sleep, just made the experience very dull as all we can do in be on our phones to pass the time. After our nights sleep and getting up at 10am we discovered ROACHES in the kitchenette area and the bathroom 7 in total we didnt bother getting ready for the day we immediately packed up and left please don’t let the price fool you it’s not all a deal here outside looks great but the inside is a poorly managed halfway house infested with roaches

The convenience and the pricing are a solid draw for this extended stay. We needed somewhere with a stove and hot water and we got that. The room was filthy. We brought our own cooking and cleaning accommodations and that was fine.
