Estuvimos una semana hospedados y tuvimos una experiencia mixta. Por el lado positivo, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y bien cuidadas, y la comida tiene un sazón delicioso que definitivamente se disfruta. Sin embargo, hubo varios inconvenientes que hicieron nuestra estancia menos agradable. El aire acondicionado no funcionó correctamente en toda la semana; tuvieron que repararlo dos veces, y aun así solo enfriaba por unas horas antes de fallar nuevamente. Nos dijeron que tener la habitación a 23 grados era “normal”, pero en realidad resultó bastante incómodo, sobre todo por las noches. Otro detalle molesto fue que, todas las noches alrededor de las 9 p.m., se activaba una alarma (posiblemente de incendio) que sonaba unas cuatro veces antes de apagarse, interrumpiendo el descanso. También, en un par de ocasiones, el agua se fue mientras me bañaba, lo cual fue muy inconveniente. En cuanto al bar, fue decepcionante. Varias veces pedí mojitos y no tenían los ingredientes. También pedí carajillos y me sirvieron solo licor de café, y en otra ocasión no había whisky. Considero que les hace falta mejorar el abastecimiento del bar y capacitar mejor a los bartenders en la preparación de bebidas básicas. En resumen, es un lugar con mucho potencial gracias a su gente, limpieza y comida, pero necesita mejorar urgentemente en el área de mantenimiento, bar y servicios básicos para ofrecer una experiencia realmente cómo

great stay, but really needed a microwave in the room to heat my son’s bottle, or a shared microwave in the lobby somewhere. no where online do you state that your children’s play room is only for kids 4 and up, or that it was only for drop off child care. I cam with expectations that my 2 year old would get to enjoy this area.

Love Puerto Vallarta! Quaint the contrast of forest and sea was awesome. The sunset one of a kind, the full moon was also a beautiful sight, with such clear night. The hospitality is the number one compliment, the varied food and drinks were all delicious. I can't say enough good things about PV. We did an excursion to Colimitos and it was nice, but the timing for snorkeling zero, and if it happened to be the right season this particular company only allowed for 20 minutes, the rest was spectacular, and it was a great party the way back, Brandon and his team were wonderful on SEA MI AMOR. The only thing I'd recommend is to make sure children under ten are supervised at the buffet stations.

I was worried about stay as I had read some of the reviews after we booked. I was pleasantly surprised and loved my entire stay. To be realistic the biggest opportunity was some of the cleanliness due to being near the beach and having sand everywhere. The staff was very accommodating and always smiling. The food was a solid 9 with the last day being a MEXICO themed night which had food that brought back a lot of my childhood memories. The entertainment that night was awesome, a 12 out of 10!! We were there with my kids and in-laws who all said they would want to return again. Down side was on the first day someone tried to sell us a “time share” that was a little pushy but did provide some great information and great entertainment suggestions that were positioned as discounts if we attended an info meeting to get these discounts. In all was a great trip!!

This resort is very nice and close to the Malecon which is why I chose it. The pools at the resort are nice but way too crowded. All chairs were taken first thing in the morning and my room was above the pool so it was very loud at night. The staff were wonderful though and the beach was beautiful.

This is an All-Inclusive hotel and there should be a focus on good food, however, the food is very mediocre. They have one self-service cafeteria and 2 restaurants. The menu in the 2 restaurants was mainly the same. One restaurant is only indoors overseeing the cafeteria. The beach chairs are not comfortable and laid out like sardines in a can. So overall experience is not great and not worth the money. We paid almost $500 per day for a room with ocean view.
