Good service, overall decent place

Stayed there for five nights. During my stay, the service was excellent: Daily housekeeping, good breakfast, and provided plenty of towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortable. The only issues I saw were the soap bars were quite small, and they don't recycle. Among the cheaper options in the area, so it's a solid choice for Wisconsin Dells visitors looking to save money on lodging.

Worth The Money Spent

The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options. And the hotel staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, so my daughters back hurt from sleeping on springs and rods.

Don’t do it!!

This hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The room its self was questionably clean. The staff was the weirdest they made everyone in my group EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Staff caressed one of the teen girls shoulders, ran hands through another’s one’s hair, repeatedly came into the pool room while they were swimming about nine teenage girls. Came into our rooms without knocking or warning. Walked up and down the halls clapping when parents weren’t around almost to impersonate the girls playing around in the halls so they would come out of the rooms. To expand a little more one of the girls from our team went down to get a yogurt around noon. Staff told her the yogurt costs $5 after breakfast. She said okay and went to put it back staff then caressed her shoulder and said ‘unless you bribe me for it.’ This is a 15 year old girl!!!!! When confronted staffs excuse was ‘in my country.’ Then told another parent of the group that he ‘saw all the girls as his own’ again, that just doesn’t sit right. So I guess if you’re a single guy you’re most likely safe!

Creepy, weird and gross

I would never stay here again. First, for the price I would expect so much more. The rooms were old and outdated. The carpet was gross and had old food crumbs in it not from us. I was looking for a closet to find the luggage rack and it doesn’t have one. Just a tiny bar in the tiny bathroom and no luggage rack. I ended up putting my suitcase on the desk and my child took a bench. It was just 2 of us in our room and not sure how more than that would make that bathroom work. The sink area had hardly any counter space and you could barely fit 1 person in the shower area. Second, the manager ( pretty sure) seemed to be the only person ever working and he gave me weird creepy vibes. He was always around and we were on the 2nd floor. When our group of kids were in the pool area he kept coming in, in a weird way like he was looking at all our teenage girls in their suits. I felt like we were always being watched and looked for cameras in our room, I’ve never done that before so wasn’t sure what I was doing. He kept touching some of the girls in our group on their shoulders and rubbed his fingers through one girls hair. We were a group of several teenage girls and all the adults felt the same way about him. If you have kids, stay away from this place. Wisconsin Dells has tons of other hotels. The last weird thing is several of our devices we connected to the internet started acting weird. I had to reset passwords and 1 person’s game thing when turned back on was in Russian.

I wouldn’t

Place was dirty, very out dated, and smelled. Under our bed we found smashed chips and other food as if it wasn’t clean. The fitness center lights went off every 5 mins. Though I will say the people at front desk were very nice, polite and helpful.

Wisconsin Dells is the water park capital of the world. Booked this couple getaway to do some swimming and relax and paid extra for those anementies. When I got there pool and hot tub were not working. Even next day still not working. Room was not clean and clock not plugged in. I canceled my remaining stay. Manager refused to refund rest of stay and Hotels had to step in and help with refund. This hotel is in a very competitive market and cant afford this level of basic issues.

Overall not a bad place for a weekend tournament. Bathroom is tiny and not up to date. Beds were ok. Parking lot wasn’t cleaned up from a prior snow day. Biggest issue was bathroom.

Stay at the Hilton next door.

After an extended wait at the desk, there were long brown hairs all over the bathroom floor after I checked in (I’m blonde). Everything else looks clean ish. The bed is at least made. I have been more impressed and less concerned about bed bugs from motels.

Did not ice the sidewalks, major walking hazard. Garbage by the door is full and gross looking. The bed skirt had stains on it. Shower head was gross. Front desk was sitting in the dark. Kinda creepy. The pool room lights were rarely on and we had to ask to turn the lights on to swim, the front desk lady was not happy about this. It looks like theyre remodeling. Hopefully the people get a remodel as well. The pool are said the offer towels but there were barely any and the ones that were there was old and frayed. You get what you pay for. It was cheap, close to everything and had a pool. Overall not a bad stay but we probably wont be returning. The photos don’t match up with what you got. I’ll definitely spend a little more for a safer feeling hotel next time.
