In all my years of travel, I have never experienced a less helpful staff. When their 2 elevators stopped working, there was no sign posted or help in finding the stairs. I, a paying customer, had to help another paying customer get their luggage up 7 flights of stairs. The staff refused to help, or even offer a simple apology. Instead, when asked about it, they got attitude and basically told me that they were also inconvenienced by the fact that they were unable to manage their elevators and keep them working… again, not even an apology was offered and I was made to feel unreasonable for suggesting that paying customers should be offered something for the inconvenience of having to walk up 7 floors with luggage for a $1,500 stay… outrageous!!! Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot to be treated like trash. On top of all that, they charge 40.00 if you want any standard cleaning,or beds made… never have I paid so much for so little. I’ve stayed in motel 6 with better service. Probably the worst hotel in Seattle, and absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in… just horrible!
