When my family comes down for short periods of time or 2-3 times a year, we usually make it an effort to stay at Seahaven. The location is very ideal if you like to eat and shop. We love the opportunity to walk.
However, this will be our last stay EVER with Seahaven. Our 1st room we got in, 2 days in, the ceiling started to crack above my son’s baby bed causing a water leak right over his head. The 1st night really started to drip (we thought it was the AC vent just holding moisture) it soaked my whole case with important documents inside and ruined a whole reading book. The next day we noticed it started to drip on his head, that’s when we went to the office. They moved us to another room on a different floor!! This took 2 hours out of our plans just to move rooms with no compensation. That room didn’t have smart tvs & my 3yo was very upset because the previous room had it (it’s 2025, come on). AND to beat it all, there wasn’t even a lock on our balcony door to keep the door shut. So we got switched to another room. Upon moving into this 3rd room, it didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. There was white residue ALL over the lamp in the living room. My daughter’s feet were instantly black! There was something poured down the wall in room1 that had acquired dust and dirt after not being cleaned up. The master king bed was nothing but springs. Over half the building is being worked on but no compensation or letting others aware of the work going on. Pool was NASTY,
