This hotel stay in a beautiful beach. But this beach have many cigarrattes in the sand. The tourists should care with the beautiful place. This hotel is very old. But the managers are doing maintenance repairs. All the reception staff were very welcoming to me. Even though I don't speak a good English. Specially Julia who brought my check-in. I was hosted in madison (where we stayed for a day) beside the Seahaven. We were supposed to stay two days, but we stayed four days. Do we like it? rs

It's very old and run down. Thank God I had Clorox wipes with me. I had to wipe down everything in the room. Everything was grimy. shower shoes are recommended. Staff was pleasant. I was given a room next to a large dog and I asked for another room so my small dog could be comfortable. The young man was helpful in relocating us. Pool was decent and location on the beach was nice plenty of parking

Good for the price…. But…

The beach was amazing. The hotel was quiet, staff friendly. However the beds are SUPER uncomfortable, they creak a lot, the air filter was DISGUSTING. The pool and back walkway were clear and clean. The rooms could use some TLC. Not bad for a cheap stay if you’re not concerned with comfort.

HIGHLY advise against.

When my family comes down for short periods of time or 2-3 times a year, we usually make it an effort to stay at Seahaven. The location is very ideal if you like to eat and shop. We love the opportunity to walk. However, this will be our last stay EVER with Seahaven. Our 1st room we got in, 2 days in, the ceiling started to crack above my son’s baby bed causing a water leak right over his head. The 1st night really started to drip (we thought it was the AC vent just holding moisture) it soaked my whole case with important documents inside and ruined a whole reading book. The next day we noticed it started to drip on his head, that’s when we went to the office. They moved us to another room on a different floor!! This took 2 hours out of our plans just to move rooms with no compensation. That room didn’t have smart tvs & my 3yo was very upset because the previous room had it (it’s 2025, come on). AND to beat it all, there wasn’t even a lock on our balcony door to keep the door shut. So we got switched to another room. Upon moving into this 3rd room, it didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. There was white residue ALL over the lamp in the living room. My daughter’s feet were instantly black! There was something poured down the wall in room1 that had acquired dust and dirt after not being cleaned up. The master king bed was nothing but springs. Over half the building is being worked on but no compensation or letting others aware of the work going on. Pool was NASTY,

Disgusting!

Seahaven is disgusting. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Mold in the bathroom and ceiling. Half the lights didn't work and the bathtub wouldn't turn off at all.

Affordable but needs upgrades.

For the money it wasn't bad. We had to clean it when we got there. It was very dusty. Its definitely a older hotel and in need of many upgrades. The pool was the nicest part of the whole place. The service was great and very accommodating. Had a great view. If you are looking for somewhere reasonable right on the beach its okay.

I stayed in the basement

Our room was on the 1st floor with a patio. We had to take the elevator down to the 1st floor which was pretty much a dark creepy basement. I doubt the rooms have ever been renovated since the motel was built. There was dirt on the floor. I can only hope the bed linens were clean...we smelled weed the entire 2 days we stayed. I was disappointed in spending $126 a nite.

The hotel room wasn’t very clean, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and our ac was leaking and wouldn’t cool the room. We told the front desk and was told someone would come look at it, but no one ever did. We ended up having to buy fans to cool the room off.
