We stayed in a family suite that included two beds and a sleeper couch. The AC, refrigerator and microwave worked well. Beds were comfortable and the water in the shower got hot fast enough. Pool was a very good size, goes up to 9feet. Gorgeous ocean view and able to walk right onto the beach.Room furniture was not fancy or new but we had a great stay without breaking our budget. Will definitely stay here again!

I am not a picky person but this is by far the worst condition place I have ever stayed at. I knew it wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel but the moment I walked in I knew I made a terrible decision booking this hotel. It got even worst when I checked out the bathroom I was ready to leave but I had to tough it out since I was only going to be there 2 nights. Yes it is on the beach but I don’t think I will ever book this hotel. It needs to be completely renovated or better yet torn down.

Seahaven is ideal if you are going to stay as a couple or even a small family. Be ready for a great beach-front location with immediate access to the beach! You will need to take your own chairs, towels & umbrellas for the beach; it costs $$$ to rent chairs & umbrellas. Free parking & coffee was a plus. The downside was that the motel/hotel is quite outdated with some updates needing completed, such as modern tubs, outlets, more secure doors, etc. Also would’ve been helpful to have daily room service & fresh towels provided instead of having to be traded into the front desk.

Just what we wanted easy access to the beach. Right on the beach. 3 beds. And a balcony. Room was clean. Staff was nice. And the pool was perfect for an evening swim. We wanted something practical on the beach and got it. It’s not a high end hotel if you’re looking for luxury this isn’t it. If you’re looking for something budget friendly, clean and on the beach this is your place. All of my kids enjoyed the place and asked if we can go back.

The next door room had kids who were extremely loud all night. There was a door between the units which was not sound proofed at all. There was only one elevator to bring up our stuff. The parking area was small but there was over flow parking across the street. The crosswalk was some ways down tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Obviously they were doing what they could with the facilities.

AC was froze over not working for two nights, finally got them to put a new unit in. Neighbor had a barking dog in the room beside us that wouldn’t shut up. On top of that they were smoking weed and the smell was coming from under the door to their room that connected ours. The room had mold on the ceiling the sink was stopped up and had roaches.

When we got in the room there was no towels and wash towels. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged up. From the looks of it the shower hadn’t been cleaned because there was a used bar of soap in it. I had to go every evening to ask for wash towels and towels and also trash bags.

Went for a couples get away,the place was old,rundown and dirty. Needs new sink and bathtub. The towels and wash rags in the room were dirty looking,asked a cleaning guy for more towels he said all he had was rags. Looked like blood on one of the pillow cases. The furniture was outdated. The sofa was stained. I guess for $550 that is what you get in pcb. The best part was the view and the air conditioner worked great..

Good & Bad Good- Right on the beach and near great food. Maintenance came quickly when we needed help with our toilet. Bad- Poor hospitality (couldn’t give recommendations for local pizza; told us to “use our phone” to Google a laundromat ourselves when we asked if they knew of one). No breakfast, no ice machine, and very little parking. Key cards NEVER worked… we had to go down for a new card almost EVERY time we came back to the room. They were hesitant to give us towels for our room. Some air vents were leaking from the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was broken, and shower wouldn’t come on entirely. WiFi was very slow. Bathrooms by the pool didn’t seemed to be cleaned well. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but we were given next to no hospitality even for the simplest of things.

Was able to check in early. Room was okay. Sheets on the bed had stains, floor had sand all over it, was unable to walk barefoot. Bathroom was a bit moldy and old and outdated. A.C. frame was broken inside and outside but still worked. Beds were comfy. Great view! No ice machine had to buy bags of ice.

The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing. Our shower was awful turning the hot water on and off took 2 people. We couldn't shower during our 4 day stay the water pressure was very weak to rinse anything off. Had to get towels from the front desk each time and no phones available would have been nice. Maintenave came right away to look at the shower but had to order parts so it wasn't fixed by time we left. Ac was amazing.

1st it’s not the staff fault I blame the owner he or she does not care about the property clearly by the pictures dead bugs on the wall,when they cleaned my room she didn’t even clean the bath tub, looks like mold was on the ceiling that place is nasty and needs to be remodeled immediately and sprayed and a real good deep cleaning
