Front desk welcome was great, room service was incredible, room was super clean and refresh; however, to me, it does not make sense to have a late front desk person and snacks and be unable to use them. I woke up with a headache at 4 AM and wanted to eat something and get some water. Whoever was on the front desk, refuse to provide me service. I showed my room key and told him my room number. Rather than double check if I was telling me the true, he simply said" no, door will not open until 7 AM". Now, what is the sense to have someone late if he will not do anything? I was surprised for that. If this is the case then each room should have water and snacks and if we use them, then we get charge, that simple. Other than that, the staff was great and the place is amazing.
