Toilet didn’t flush, shower curtain fell repeatedly, no shampoo, crack around door nearly 2 inches made the other guest’s noise carry not a good stay

Coffee maker wasn’t clean, single cup machine but was already filled with water. I dumped the water out and it was brown. Moved nightstand to plug in phone charger, was filthy dirty around plug.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. The staff did a great job from check-in to breakfast to check-out!
And my pup loved the friendly accommodations too!

Stay was good but the suit we had needed upgrades. I’m not sure when this room was last refreshed. Tile I. Bathroom was nasty and the couch looked like it was from the 70’s. The nightstand looked like they were from the 80’s. Staff was great room appeared clean.

We stayed at this hotel on a road trip on Christmas Day, even though it's a complicated date to travel, everything went smoothly.

Two bed room... beds were not comfortable. We had to ask for towels. We complained about horrible noise elevator 2x. Front said it was okay. The next morning myself and another guest were stuck in the elevator for short period before it started moving - we could not open the door until the elevator finally stopped at 1st floor. (Only 2 floors) The front desk then called for service. Red MESSAGE LIGHT on phone remained on our entire visit. New messages could not be returned because we could not determine there were new messages. For whatever reason the tub faust got stuck on hot when we first turned it on. Because chambermaids shut the tub drain the tub started to fill immediately. We immediately called for help. I was able to open the drain under hot water and managed to finally unstick faust before someone arrived. Overall, after over 25-30 years of traveling weekly and staying in hotels, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.
