After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city centre. Truly convenient.
The service apartment is well managed, clean, and tidy. It comes with a kitchen, tableware, cooking utensils, dish soap, washing machine, laundry powder, and drying rack. This makes it easy for travellers, as you don’t need to pack too many clothes.
On the first day, we encountered a heatwave. The daytime was extremely hot, and since the apartment has no air-conditioning system, the high temperature made it uncomfortable. Summer travellers to London should take this into consideration.
Overall, it’s a very good choice. When the weather is cool or cold, this apartment is an excellent option!
