The room wasn't clean or secure. Had to chnange rooms as ithw door wouldn't lock and stay closed. The other room wwas also dirty. The spa tub in the room wasn't working. The shower had mildrew and I was only given 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 small bath towel and 2 small bars of soap. Also had no cleaning service and had to request the remote for the tv. The tv volume didn't work

Dangerous Location – Avoid at All Costs, Especially with Children I booked this hotel through Hotels.com looking forward to a safe and comfortable stay during our family trip. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete nightmare from the moment we arrived. The exterior of the property looked absolutely run-down and uninviting, but that was nothing compared to the surrounding area. It was in a truly unsafe neighborhood, with homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence wandering around right outside. They looked intimidating and unpredictable, and as a parent traveling with my baby, I was terrified to even step out of the car. We never made it inside to check in – I simply couldn’t risk it. Instead, we drove away in a panic and spent hours scrambling to find a safe alternative hotel without a reservation. This ended up costing us double the price for a last-minute booking elsewhere. What a waste of time, money, and peace of mind! Hotels.com, how could you list and promote a property in such a dangerous, dirty setting without any clear warnings? This was my first (and last) time using your site, and it shattered any trust I had. I strongly advise against booking here – especially if you’re traveling with kids or vulnerable loved ones. Seek out better options elsewhere.

I was given a King room since there wasn’t a “clean Queen” available. I was concerned during booking that mostly “smoking” rooms were offered. I kept being asked whether I was the only occupant and later this made sense because of the loud love making that could be heard above the random TV noise everywhere. This room is in such poor condition, that I wore my shoes in the shower, brushed my teeth with bottled water and slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed that was missing at least one flat sheet. I’ve seen cleaner toilets at gas stations. They claimed that my credit card was declined, but but my credit card company contacted me to confirm whether I was making this charge which tells me that they are not placing a hold for a “deposit”. This is the first and last time I stay at an OYO hotel. I realize you get what you pay for, but I would have had a cleaner experience at a KOA campground. This motel should not be listed as a choice on an Expedia website.
Bed lacking a flat sheet between blanket and mattress.
No place to hang towels to dry or reuse.
The reason I wore my shoes in the shower.

I arrived and they sold my room. Had to get another room elsewhere in the middle of the night. From what I saw, the property was rough. Bad area. Had lots of drug assocs hanging out outside of the place and it did not feel like a safe environment

I felt so unsafe there. You check in, in a smoke shop where there are hobos hanging around. Only one light in the main area worked, hole in the wall I had to use a towel to cover, the toilet didn’t flush, there were while globs of stuff where the towels on the counter were and no tv remote but a tv? I felt So unsafe to even leave my stuff in the room. I left and checked out immediately. I’m SOOOO disappointed and disgusted

Disappointed

Unfortunately very disappointed in my stay as i had to drop another $50 for a deposit that i already thought i paid for. Then when i enter the room there were stains all over the floor, the bed mattress had stains all over it so i felt very uncomfortable, and my door was missing parts of it at the bottom. And the curtains in the shower were missing hooks

I was sexually harrassed by the staff and moved into a different room that was filthy. When i told the staff,they didnt clean it. I felt so unsafe and unhappy. Everything smelt aand I didn't sleep. I left after the first night and they never refunded me for the other 4 nights. No heat and no help. I've called the health department. Do. Not. Go. Here.

OYÓ Motel is dump; not worth 1 star. Dilapidated and run by an arrogant and rude man. You are trying to charge me as no-show. I instructed my credit card company NOT pay the charge. I suggest Expedia drop this motel off it's list. Let me be clear: I went there and decided not to stay.
