DO NOT believe these 10 star reviews, they are fake. DO NOT believe the pictures showing the property and the rooms, It is false advertising. We had a stay here, arrived at check-in (3pm), woman at counter said check in was at 4, you have to PAY for towles AND toilet paper. The property itself is atrocious and looked like a crack house in a movie. Needless to say, we DID NOT stay and are fighting for the refund now. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The room was very neglected. No towells, no bed sheets, no paper toilet, no hygienic tissue, no cable tv, mo remote control. Bugs in the bathroom, bath tub worned out, faucet broken, hole in a wall, wall paper broken, no heat control.

La habitación estaba muy sucia, las cobijas también estaban sucias y tenían manchas amarillas y estaban rotas, ni tan siquiera había papel higiénico en el baño, el lavamanos no servía y en recepción pedí que por favor me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que no habían más disponibles, mi decisión fue irme de ese lugar. Solicité un reembolso de inmediato y hasta ahora no me lo han hecho. Pido que por favor se hagan cargo de mi reembolso. Gracias.

It was terrible stains on the sheets roaches and spiders every where I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t let me I tried through the app I don’t know what happen with your customer services but it’s was a terrible experience I was forced to sleep in a room with roaches spider and bed bugs I also have pictures of everything I do not recommend nobody goes there it is terrible

This is not the hotel to ever use. My fiancé was driving home, and needed a hotel to stop in to rest, she picked this hotel and when she got inside, the place was disgusting bedsheets had stains all over them no blankets just one sheet only stayed in the room for five minutes, and when asking for a refund was told no too bad.

Appeared as if people were living in some of the rooms (dont no for sure) very dirty outside. Tried yo give me a room with the TV already on..i did not even enter the room. Felt very unsafe as i was alone. They charge a deposit for towels. I got my money back and went somewhere else. The guy at the front counter was very nice though
