The room had a weird smell to it but not a smokers smell. The mattress was also harder than a rock. I can tell that the bathroom area was poorly cleaned by the stains everywhere from the sink, to the toilet, to the bath tub. Also upon arrival I was greeted by the probably the worst staff member possible. I wasn’t aware of the $30 deposit and she had an attitude from that moment on.

The hotel and pool area was extremely clean! We were close to everything without being on the main drag of Panama however a hot breakfast was advertised and was not provided. We were disappointed in that as we book with Choice brands because of the hot breakfast since we travel with a child but other than that we would stay again.

This seemed like more of a motel than the hotel it is advertised as. We encountered loud guests, a neighbor with a run-in with management, and cigarette butts everywhere. Our room was clean enough, we were provided with fresh towels and beds made up, so the room itself was good. The internet service wasn’t great.
