Absolutely dreadful stay at this apartment!
As a Gold Level member of hotels.com, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments with this company. This is far and away the worst experience we have ever had! From the ridiculous online check in procedure which literaly took us days to resolve. The problem was that they had entered both mine and my partner's email addresses in the email address section of the online check in form. After hours of trail and error, I removed my partner's email address and was then able to eventually check in. Existing passport scans failed to be uplifted (surprise, surprise!) and we had to take multiple photos. When we arrived at the apartment there was one fork in the kitchen (I had to eat my salad with a spoon on the first night!) and no plug for the kitchen sink for hand washing as there was no dishwasher. The very tight, spiral staircase is a definate a health risk and my partner fell on it one morning. Trying to get two suitcases up these stairs to the bedroom was almost impossible! Women, the elderly and the disabled would find it impossible! We had no internet for the entire 5 day stay. Once again we invested hours in trying to resolve this issue. The company's agent came to assist, so we had to make ourselves available. He arrived, with four more forks, and checked the email. he said that it was virtually non existant and that he would contact the owner to resolve the issue with Vodaphone. He added that "you have to have the internet!" Absolutely shocking experience!
