Amazing front desk staff. All the ‘kids’ were terrific. Hotel is very pretty and very unique. There are signs of wear and tear but what do you expect when the jungle is feet from your door? Skip the dinner at the restaurant. Lunch is more exciting. Room - we were in #2, was perfectly clean. Light switches were a little odd. One side of the bed had them the other side didn’t! But again, for all its foibles the staff were superb. I would stay here again - and I don’t say that often.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le service est top, le menage des chambres est parfait. Rien à dire à ce niveau là. La serrure pour ouvrir la chambre est un cauchemar. Le SPA est hors de prix. Fantastic boutique hotel in Tulum. EASY! fantastic staff and a complete no stress vacation. Food was great. and the cabins were awesome. Note. each room has a ‘dipping’ pool. Some are heated. If you want that hot tub, man sure that is what you book.

Beautiful small boutique resort. Maybe not the most desirable area of Tulum as many people want to be down by the beach, but with a rental car or bicycle we got around just fine. The property was serene, unique in design and staff/cleaning were excellent. Better service than most full service Marriott’s I stay at. Loved the private plunge pools and private outdoor shower.

Dejligt værelse. God seng. Desværre en meget hård bruser, så det gjorde ondt at slå under den og der kom så meget vand, at det løb under døren og ind. Ligger lidt fra byen, men man kan sagtens gå derhen. Helt fantastisk café til morgenmad og frokost lige rundt om hjørnet (300 m), men også dejlig mad på hotellet.

My experience at Bardo will always be one that I’ll always remember. The staff was warm, accommodating, very professional and helpful in every way from start to finish. The room and entire hotel was very welcoming, super clean and smelled amazing. Every single person on their team was attentive, patient and of great service. The decor and all details were all calming and sexy- this is the perfect place to go on a solo trip and romantic enough for a couples vacay. I got TWO massages and a facial. The Ritual massage created by Bardo truly reset me in a way no other massage ever has. (Worth every single peso!) I can’t imagine there being a better place in Tulum to recharge.
