Good service from beginning to end

The entire hotel staff were very professional. They tended to guests’ needs quickly. Had an issue with my hotel safe and Angel (maintenance) timely fixed it. The house keeping staff were superb with how they cleaned the room and were cordial. The dining staff were diligent with their duties ensuring guests were quickly seated and the buffet items were replaced. Security personnel were attentive and ensured safety especially when parking at night. Front desk staff were knowledgeable of hotel programs and quick at processing check in/out. The concierge and the bell boys were swift in assisting guests.

This is my second time staying at Zuri Hotel. I like the cleaness of the place, the helpfull and friendly staff that's always offering to help and lets not forget the good food. The convince of being close to shopping center is a huge plus and also close to the airport.

Hotel had cockroaches! When we arrived to our room i noticed that there was cockroach ! I told the front desk, all they did was just moved us no compensation or anything. I also saw cockroach at the breakfast buffet told one of the staff , it seems like its a normal thing to see a roaches around there

This hotel has many issues, and while I am patient, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff, particularly one lady who showed no warmth, assigned us downgraded rooms—below what we paid for—simply because our original rooms were not ready, even though we were willing to wait. As a result, we received three lower-category rooms with no compensation. The hotel and rooms feel outdated, the internet was practically unusable, and the water pressure was extremely low. Towels were placed on the bed instead of in the bathroom, so we had to search for them. The air conditioning is an external unit, and no one explained that it needed to be manually turned on—otherwise, the room becomes unbearably stuffy. Overall, a disappointing stay.

スタッフがとても親切でした。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くて美味しかったです。 客室は掃除が行き届いていて綺麗です。窓の横に設置されたエアコンの構造上、ホテルの外の音がそのまま室内に入るので、かなりの騒音が聞こえます。耳栓を用意しておくことをお勧めします。

The room facibg the street is too noisy with blaring Karoke music. The bathroom nwwds detailed cleaning. Breakfast was good but food not replenished fast enough. Walking distance to SM Mall. Front desk were not knowledgeable on how to go to Bacolod by ferry.

Very moist and very moldy.

Who ever decided to build a hotel in Iloilo without a central air conditioning was not very smart. The hotel smells of mold and it's not very clean. The bed was moist like you been on camping in the rain. The hole in the wall a/c did not help at all, it only added a little cold and a whole lot of noise. The bathroom had mold, was not very clean. The glasses in the bathroom was dirt, the mirror and the shower. The curtains had black mold as well. I have pictures of it, but the upload to hotels.com doesn't seem to work. The manager will probably comment something like: "Thank you for the review, be sure we will take this up with the staff as this dose not reflect on our standards" But really they don't giva a..... Find something else, like Richmond or Radisson. P. S And the pool was dirty to, the circulation was not even turned on.
