From when I first walked in the front desk was amazingly friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and made the check in process so easy. They made sure to tell about what was around the area to eat or if I wanted something to eat they have a beautiful bar with restaurant. As soon as I checked into my room It was so clean, cozy, it was beautiful, I had the best sleep with no noise at all. The next morning the free breakfast was the icing on the cake, so much to choose from and it's delicious.

Dance Comp

We stayed here for a dance competition at the RP Funding Center, so the location was perfect! So was the parking. Staff was friendly, check in/out was easy. Breakfast was ok - for the price of the hotel I expected more. It was very busy due to events and the day they served Canadian bacon they brought out 4 pieces at a time. One of the elevators was apparently broken during our stay as we only saw one working - thankfully the stairs were close and we were only on the second floor. The room was comfortable, but you could clearly hear people in the hallways and in the rooms above us - not the hotels fault but something to consider. tl;dr - For what we paid I expected more, we would stay here again if the location was convenient but outside needing to be at RP Funding I would look elsewhere unless the price was low.

Very Unhappy

Stayed there due to a dance Convention at the RP Center. I believe Hotel over priced for this due to being next to the center. This is not a $414 PER NIGHT hotel. More like a $200 per night IF even that much. Fully booked hotel, ONE working elevator for all 3 days of being there. "free" breakfast was very minimal and hot food was cold. Some kind of water leak outside our door, so had to deal with a loud drying fan. Every single room door was heavy and slammed every time it was shut, so you can imagine hearing that at all hours of the day / night. That was a $1,000 stay for 2 nights after taxes and fees and was MISERABLE.

Nice property - absolutely terrible service

We came into the property on a Wed afternoon and were staying until an early Saturday departure. Overall, the property and room were in good condition and all was clean. 1.We asked for a room clean when we left the room at the front desk on Thursday noon and when we returned later that day, the room had not been serviced. 2. Upon leaving the room on Friday, a service worker was two doors down the hall and I again asked if the room could be cleaned and gave her $10. 3. Upon returning late that night, the beds were made but not only our old towels were still on the floor but now someone else's dirty towels were placed on the newly made bed. The trash was tipped over and still on the floor and nothing else had been done to the room. We also found a handwritten note stating if we were satisfied with the service, we could leave another tip to an automated account. 3. I went downstairs and shared pictures of the room with the office staff and asked for additional TP and clean towels to get through the last night's stay. 4. There was no apology given but simply a response that "he did not know what happened". 5. I called downstairs to ask for a wakeup call, since we had to leave on Sat at 4:00am and explained the importance of the call in case our phones did not work. 6. We woke up with our own phones but that call never came. Upon telling the same individual that the call never came in, this time he said " I guess the computers did not work correctly. Really horrible service!!!!
