La habitación y la recepción excelente El desayuno ha sido decepcionante tener una sola opción y sin alimentos sin gluten. Cuando me dijeron que si había opciones El domingo estaba cerrado el restaurante habitual pero el que trabaja los domingo es muy limitado sólo café, jugo y huevos. Sólo tenías 3 opciones las otras dos era sólo un vaso de fruta o sólo un croissant. Decepcionante para tanta calidad de hotel

Estadia maravilhosa, ficamos no hotel entre 07/01 e 14/01: -Quarto confortável, cama e travesseiros ótimos; - Banheiro pequeno, sugiro em uma possível reforma instalar uma porta de correr para otimizar o espaço ; -Café da manhã não é buffet, você escolhe dentre as opções disponíveis, nos dias de passeio que saem muito cedo eles prontamente preparam um lanche embalado para poder levar ; - No check in tem que pagar uma caução de U$$ 100,00, para cobrir possível prejuízo . No checkout eles devolvem; - Localização excelente, a uma quadra do metrô e com excelentes opções de grandes redes como KFC, Mac Donalds, Burguer king entre outros na redondeza; Enfim, recomendo a estadia , com certeza me hospedaria novamente .

Imprevisto acontece, mas precisa ser resolvido

Não gosto de ter que falar mal de um fato que na verdade não é da rotina do Hotel. Por tanto vou primeiro relatar o que há de bom. Hotel localizado numa região excelente, com ruas agradáveis de passear, várias opções de restaurantes, cafeterias, Metro, Câmbio, pontos turísticos (em especial o Parque das Escultars) etc...Destaco o Restaurante/Cafeteria no térreo do Hotel, com bom atendimento e preços justos. A parte ruim, como falei no início, é que tivemos o azar de ter tido um problema sério na tubulação de águas do hotel, que necessitou de reparos, deixando praticamente sem água quente e fria desde domingo até terça feira 26/11/2024, quando se encerrou nossa estadia. Isso foi bem desagradável, em algum desses dias liberavam a agua fria à noite, sendo que teve dia que não teve água nem pra escovar dente. Acho que isso foi mal esclarecido pelo hotel, só nos informando, nos dando atenção quando íamos na recepção pedir explicação. No ultimo dia, depois de reclamar, mandaram um galão de água para podermos resolver um pouco das últimas necessidades antes de sair para o Aeroporto. Uma pena, pois acho que sem esse problema, que acho que foi pontual, a estadia teria sido muito boa.
