The bathroom had a broken light switch causing shock, hige crack in the ceiling above the shower, shower head not properly affixed to wall and sulpher in water which you could smell.

This hotel appeared shockingly neglected. The bonded leather couches in reception area were peeling. When stepping into elevator, the carpet was dirty and had a hole in it. The bedroom was not smelling fresh. The bedside lampshade had a hole in it. Carpet had stains. The soap dish in bathroom had residue scum probably from previous guests. So many things. After driving 12hrs that day and arriving after 10 pm it was too late to find another place, else we would have.

The receptionist at check-in was rude to us. Made us feel like criminals. Only gave one room key because my husband didn't show I'd. I asked why is that necessary when I am paying for the room. No one else in our group had to show spouses I'd. Elevator floor was grossly dirty with spills and a hole in the rug! Our room was not vacuumed as there was peanuts on the floor. Furniture needed repair. Curtains ripped. Microwave door would not open. We would not stay there again.

Customer service experience was disapoonting. The front desk agent was on his phone texting while I was checking in. Next morning I was not given an invoice for my stay, when I ask for it, was like I had ask for something impossible but I did get one. The restaurant was closed due to renovations, it would be nice to know before arriving since we came in late and had to go out to find a place to eat.

Wouldn’t Stay Again – Disappointed This hotel was honestly a letdown. The place looked super outdated and not well taken care of. My room had a bunch of things that were broken or falling apart. It felt like the whole place needed a major refresh. There was some sketchy behaviour around the hotel, especially at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. The woman who checked me in was cold and didn’t seem to care much. Not exactly a warm welcome after a 10-hour drive. They charged extra for basic things like a toothbrush or shower cap—stuff other hotels usually give you for free if you forget something. On top of that, they charged me every night for my Service Dog in Training, which is actually illegal. I was too exhausted to argue about it, but it really bothered me. The people I came with actually left and decided not to stay. I stayed just to avoid the hassle. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the pool and hot tub, but when we arrived, they were closed for maintenance and no one had told us in advance. They offered evening yoga classes, which could be cool for some, but honestly felt kind of random given everything else going on. The food was overpriced, too. Only bonus was the free parking. Overall, not worth the money or the stress. I won’t be coming back.

I booked this hotel last minute via the Hotels app. Previously I stayed in other hotels in the same are which were all good. I was thinking that this hotel will be a good option. I was wrong. Hotel is i desperate need of renovation. My room looked like a scene from a Hollywood film when actors stay in terrible hotels. I opened my window when i went to shut it the window closing mechanism closed. On my second day I forgot my key card in the room. I went to the service desk asking for a replacement a they did was ask what room number i needed the cars for, didnt ask for name of reservation or ID. A little concerning that I was able to get a key card to a room without having to identify myself as the room guest. If my stay wasn't so short I would have gone somewhere else. If I stayed there longer I would be willing to loose what I paid for and go to another hotel.
