This was our 2nd time at this hotel, maybe it was a different name, last time there was some bit still under construction, and this time there was cracks in the sink and the room was not 100% clean. And the reception person was not so friendly. But the other person was very friendly. We had got there very late and we needed to sleep that’s all I can say. If it was a longer stay I’d have moved somewhere else.

I don’t even know where to begin . The pool area was disgusting . Floors were gross , hot tub was not even working . The pool water was extremely cold. The towels in the pool area had red stains from what ? Who even knows. Once my family and I got into our rooms it was bedtime and the bedsheets , mattress had stains on them . I. Called the front desk they changed the sheets but I was not comfortable staying another night so I asked for a refund and they offered another room but I declined because if my room could have dirty sheets the other room could be the same. Any family that is deciding to stay at this hotel please find another one . Don’t spend your hard working money here.

No Thank you

I am not usually one to complain about hotels, but as a family we were very disappointed with our recent stay. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the impression given online. The room was not clean upon arrival. The shower had old water stains that appeared never to have been cleaned, and the sink still had hair in it. The room smelled strongly of smoke/cigarettes when we entered, and we had to be moved. We were not informed ahead of time that the hot tub was closed. Many guests, including us, look forward to this after traveling. For comparison, Days Inn Edmonton sent us a courtesy message when theirs was down, allowing us to cancel, which we respected. The pool had hair along the sides that did not appear to be cleaned. Only one swipe card was issued per family. Since the elevator requires a card, this meant one person was essentially stuck in the room while others swam, or else people with injuries/knee issues were forced to use stairs — which is unfair and inconvenient. Overall, the combination of cleanliness issues, and hair was what bothered us the most, and the one swipe card per family. the hotel pictures must be from years ago because the way we seen it was not the way it was pictured. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant that was it. Thank you

Not Serious Hotel-ing business

We got warm welcome, but asked for ID of each family memeber to check in, scanned and saved it. After receiption, the floor where our room was, welcome us with old carpet smell. The room had same smell, the furniture in room made no sense. The two queen bad mattress were DIRTY with clean sheet on top. The sofa bed mattress was like a card board put on rough surface, thin and uncomfortable. Bathrooms were old and missing vanities, no exhaust. Overall not a pleasant experience along with family. We waited for the noght to be over so that we checkput.

First time.

Switched rooms on us shortly after check in due to no fridge in our unit. Average eco friendly due to tv already being on when we got to our room. Bed was excellent but pillows were lumpy. Was surprised that they wanted to record our granddaughter ID when she came for a short visit
