My son and enjoyed our stay. The property, staff and location were all excellent. Stockholm is wonderful and the hotel is located near the Old Town and other areas of interest. Our standard room was tiny, I do wish we had a bit more space. However, the room was well designed, the breakfast excellent, the location perfect and, most importantly, the staff most accommodating and friendly. We loved the sauna too.

I was promised an upgrade, and had a confirmation sent by mail. When we arrived, the reception staff were not particularly friendly – they came across as snobbish and seemed completely uninterested in us as guests. When we arrived in our room there was a not on the bed welcoming a mother guest (not my namn)

The hotel directly connects to a lovely market which was, a delight to have a drink and meal at. It was nice to have another option aside from their restaurant. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms were quiet. It is located close to quite a number of things. Stockholm is a very walkable city. The neighbourhood was very safe. We did find it a challenge that our drivers could not drive up to the main entrance and therefore had to connect with them a block away with our luggage. We're not sure if this was a temporary situation or permanent.
