The hotel is nicely designed and very clean. Unfortunately we needed a room that accommodate two adults and two elementary school-aged children. The room we were given was too small for two people, let alone four. I've traveled regularly in Japan and understand Tokyo hotel rooms are smaller than most, but this room was exceptionally small for a room touting itself as a family-sized room. In addition the so-called fourth "bed" was as hard as a rock, so we ended up having to double up on the top bunk, resulting in poor sleep for everyone. The room would have been fine for two people, but if you have any more than that, I would look elsewhere.

Great place to stay on the edge of Ginza. The room was great as was the breakfast. The bar/reception area provided a nice spot to spend some time in in the evening. Also provided luggage storage if needed. A good easy spot to stay on the first night in Tokyo. Also conveniently located on the trainline for both airports. Breakfast is included though only the same 2 options available everyday. The hotel was compact but room was spacious enough for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. My boys loved the bunk bed. Hotel is also within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and many restaurants. It is also near the train station and the view of the Sumida River was nice too.
