The hotel is very nice- clean, modern, well appointed room. It is rustic and modern at the same time. Nice location and great views. Very peaceful setting. Good restaurant. The staff is super nice and helpful but it seems they may be understaffed like many properties these days. I recommend overall but I would manage expectations on level of service.

We love staying at The Shandaken Inn. We have stayed at the Inn several times and consider it our home away from home in the Catskills. The rooms are comfy and beautiful. The food is delicious and the atmosphere couldn’t be better. I recommend it highly.

The place was warm, welcoming, cozy, clean, private, quiet and lovely. Upscale but affordable. I would recommend they have coffee available starting at 6am as there was no coffee in the rooms and the included, wonderful breakfast, started at 8am.
