Crack house.

It was a crack house crackhead hanging in the parking lot. Filthy apartment, old Sun dry rotted curtains burn holes in the covers. Toilet seat needs replaced. I walked in and walked out and told the guy no way I could stay here he took my key card still have not been refunded.

Guys trip for a baseball game in Atlanta, booked two queen beds, when we got to the room there was only one. Showed the clerk my confirmation and was told "these things happen, if I'm not happy I can contact hotels.com for a refund and get another hotel. " Game day in Atlanta had other prices higher than usual. Kept the room, pretty much took a nap and headed back to jacksonville earlier than hoped for.

Far cry from the photos

This hotel is nothing like what the photos show. The floor of front lobby was dirty and with it being tile floors you could feel your feet almost sliding in the dust. Seems like it hadn't been mopped, nor swept in weeks, or who knows how long. On multiple occasions I was killing baby roaches that was crawling on the lobby floor. The room itself was decent, except that there was dried white paint scattered throughout the floor, stains on the walls, stains on the toilet sheet and the sheets appeared unwashed. We lifted up the mattress and there was a ton of debris under it on the bedspring. I know for $60 a night you get what you paid for, but this was not even what we paid for, because the pictures on the listing look immaculate, but the reality was far different. We spoke with the owner and he say's he just purchased the property a month ago, in June and he's in the process of revamping the place. So perhaps something will be done to make this hotel suitable for dwelling, but as of now it is not.

The same amenities as staying in your car

Trash in the hallway the entire duration, trash cans by the elevators stayed overflowing, no lights in the lot, no trash can in the room, no handsoap, not even a lampshade for the single light. On top of that, no bell at the desk so you just had to wait until someone decided to show up. Would never recommend.

People in parking lot like it’s a shelter, no remote for tv upon checkin had to request one, no lamp shade saw several bugs, no trash can, and smoke detector off wall and battery out.

Roaches in the hotel room it was awful.

The hotel lobby smelled like weed. I get my card and go to my room 415 and immediately noticed it was completely filthy doesnt look like it has ever been cleaned. The ac was busted up had drywall chunks all in it. While observing the room i noticed something crawling across the panel for the air conditioner. It was a ROACH i started taking pictures and videos and seen roaches on the walls and i opened the night stand while recording and there were probably 5 roaches in there. I immediately saved my video and pictures and went down to the lobby and told them about the roaches and said i wanted a refund and i was told to contact hotels.com i purchased traveler's insurance so i immediately filed a claim. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there!!!! Its absolutely disgusting. The health department need to be called on that hotel. I traveled to Atlanta from Tennessee with my underage son for the Atlanta braves game i planned to stay the night to see the town but this ruined my trip and i ended up driving back home to Tennessee all in 1 day. 10 hours of driving They shouldn't even be open.
