The parking lot has pool size puddles that will flood your car out. There is only 1 elevator for 3 floors. The elevator sounds like its on its last leg the floor in it was dirty sticky and wet the entire time. The room did not appear properly maintained besides fresh bedding. One bed was on a slant with the head resting lower than the foot. There was old candy wrappers and food crumbs and dog hair all in the room. The bathroom also had hair on the floor toilet and tub. The shower head barely worked and the shower curtain rod was placed at a slant so the shower curtain that was torn to shreds kept sliding to the middle of the rod so there was a 2 ft gap for air to blast you at the front and back of the tub. Convenient location but definitely need to be better maintained and cleaning staff either needs help or a crash course in what cleaning a rental should look like.

I truly appreciate the hotel being pet friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in the last 2 times I've been there is very nice. My only complaint may be out of your control, and that is that trash blows over from the drive through next door to your parking lot.
