The hotel was nice and well taken care of. The front desk worker did not tell us anything about breakfast and the two days we stayed the Starbucks was not open at all. Also, I had to ask for towels from the front desk. There was no room service at all. It is a nice hotel that is in a quiet area. Parking was great. The room was fine but the overall service was mediocre.

A bit disappointed
No one was at the check in counter when I arrived and I had to wait around 10 minutes for anyone to show up. He was doing his best bc he was taking something up to a room for another guest. I feel you are under staffed.
Also the layout of the room was awful. The TV was at a roughly 90 degree angle from the TV.

This hotel is a dumpster fire!
This hotel is completely understaffed. Upon check in, we were told that our room would only be serviced every second day. I asked why and they said it was because they had a hockey team staying. So? Staff your hotel properly to accommodate your guests. I asked for daily towel service and garbage service and this didn’t happen. When I called for towels at 8:30 am to be delivered to our room I was told that there was no housekeeping working yet. I asked for a frontend clerk to deliver towels so I didn’t have to come down to the front desk in my PJ’s and she advised me that she was the only clerk on staff and couldn’t leave the front desk. This is a STAFFING PROBLEM!
We had a host of other significant issues that: We checked in at 2:00 am after a long day of flying and fire alarm testing began the next morning at 8:30 am. It lasted 6 hours!!! They said this was a fire emergency… but when the testing began, every guest had a typed letter underneath their door from the hotel manager advising them of this ‘emergency’ and letting them know they didn’t have to evacuate. I guess ‘emergencies’ look a little different in Texas. Later in our stay we had a 4 hour power outage.
What else? The carpet in our room smelled musty. The water barely trickled out of the shower faucet. The room just wasn’t clean. I average 2-3 hotel stays per month and this is the first time I’ve ever left a hotel review. My advice: DO NOT STAY HERE!!
