New management needed
Had the unexpected rude interaction with the floor manager been normal oppose to aggressively belligerent i would have given 4 stars. Everyone was nice and acoomadating there. I asked one simple question for clarification and maybe she was having a bad day but she went into a ghetto unprofessional rant til i still calmly explained i was a gold member and began recording then she understood my simple question and became sooo nice. Never experienced that ay any Marriot or other hotel for that matter. Especially since it wasn't a question that even warrented any sort of offense to be taken...🤔
