Firstly prior to my check-in, I received communication stating that the parking fee would be $20. However, upon my arrival, I was charged $25 instead. When I inquired about the difference, I was informed that the parking fee had been increased some time ago and that the previous rate was no longer applicable.
While I understand that pricing adjustments are sometimes necessary, I believe it is important for guests to be provided with the most up-to-date and accurate information prior to their arrival. Receiving outdated information not only causes confusion but also affects the overall guest experience.
Secondly, regarding my room reservation, I had requested a room with a bathtub. I fully understand that such requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. However, during check-in, I specifically asked the front desk staff whether my room included a bathtub and was assured that it did. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, I found that there was no bathtub. This discrepancy between the information provided at check-in and the actual room amenities was quite disappointing.
