Horrible stay

Where do I start. It starts with my credit card not being able to be charged so I had to use another credit card that has no mileage on it I called my bank and they say that there has been no charges against this card so the machine was not working stop next we're going to our room and the TV is not working they send up a guy that looks like he's homeless looks at the TV and says oh this is one of the old TVs we can't program this we need to send somebody to program it next they come in the following day and say no we can't do it so we need to change rooms so now we change rooms pack everything up change rooms like to go to the swimming pool but we were told the swimming pool is no longer open but we got the hotel with the swimming pool and finally are great vacation and I'm joking we were going to be charged for parking that we didn't even use because we were handicapped so I parked out in front I'm very disappointed and how everything was handled and probably will never ever stay at this hotel again but something should be done because it was not a very good stay

Location is ducked off being Kroger. But after finding, this hotel was a nice stay. It is located near several restaurants and places needed for my stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Best sleep ever

Our stay was great. We got some of the best sleep while we were there. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't want to get up. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Some places I have stayed at smell musky. The location was great also. We enjoyed our stay and also that there was a grocery store right next door. We walked over a couple of times.

The staff are very friendly helpful and the best thing about the hotel is right next to a Kroger grocery store so you never far from getting items you need and just a block away from the beltway which takes you to everywhere in the city within 30 minutes or less

PRIVACY BREACHED

Never have I ever stayed at a hotel and not had a key issued to me for my room. This hotel's key card system was not working and the staff seemed completely unbothered with no urgency to correct the problem. Every time we returned to the room, we had to wait in the lobby for a frumpy and disgruntled staff to come and escort us to our room and unlock the door for us. This was inconvenient and uncomfortable for everyone involved. After trying to report the issue, the location manager denied this ever happening which tells me that they are hiding something. Why would they lie about this and deny this happening if they were not hiding anything? Our safety was compromised and nobody ever even offered an apolgy or seemed concerned that this was a major issue. As a stock show family in town, we had to come and go at all hours of the day and night and this was a huge inconvenience for us. Will never stay here again and the lying staff needs to be handled.

We didn’t even have a room key! We were given no warning before our stay and I even called to confirm our stay. Their WHOLE system was down and we had to be escorted to our room anytime we wanted to get in it was a nightmare try to go anywhere. We couldn’t park inside the locked gate because we didn’t have access without the keycards and it was so unsafe! We had to wait for staff constantly without access to our room. No key card for 2 days and we were in town to show at the rodeo so no time to rebook anything. We need compensation for this.

Nice hotel in a great area.

I would definitely stay here again, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was down but I was on the first floor so no impact on me. The only thing was there were a few ants here and there.
