We stayed to rest and be able to sleep since we were coming from a long trip, but it was IMPOSSIBLE all night, a lot of exaggerated noise, people moving furniture, children screaming, people praying, I think we called for help since it was the early hours of the morning but they started earlier and they did NOTHING to help them, if you are looking for a place to rest from your trip THIS IS NOT THE PLACE., the administration did not help us.

Won’t be back

The bathtub was not clean and had hair in it. The tv speakers didn’t work properly, so it was hard to hear anything we watched. The overall cleanliness was poor. For what I paid for two nights, I was expecting a cleaner room and room service

Adequate for price

Adequate is how I would describe it. Front door insulation lining was faulty so could hear and smell all the smoke outside the door come into our room and room smelled like smoke both days we were there. Bed sheets had black marks on them. Only ONE light bulb for the entire room worked. Ceiling looked like it was going to collapse any second onto us. Small things like caulking and paint were neglected and made it feel very dirty. We paid little so I understand we got what we paid for. Really only upset about the smoke as that’s totally ridiculous. They had a breakfast although meger it was adequate

Be Cautious if cleanliness matters to You

Outside dingy, run l down ,and very busy area.Cramped parking. Room not clean. The guy at the front desk was very polite even when we requested refund and left.

Very Disappointing

This hotel is extremely run down and needs a lot of renovation work and deep cleaning to be acceptable for occupancy. The area around the hotel also didn’t feel safe. There were cigarette butts on the walkways and stairs. Our room was very dirty. The floor was not swept and there was mildew on the walls and in the bathroom. The lamp shades were torn. Sheets and towels did appear clean. Front desk personnel were very nice. Of the hundreds of places I’ve stayed in the US and around the world this was one of the worst. It was a late night stop as part of a return trip to home otherwise we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

disappointing

sink and tub were dirty. toilet seat was broken and slid around. bed was comfy and there were enough outlets. close to the freeway for easy access. only 2 items offered for breakfast so chose to go elsewhere. You get what you pay for. It was cheap. I don't think we will stay there again.

Overall overpaid for my stay in general the property needs renovations in the rooms they were nice enough to give us a second room the second room still had a couple problems that needed to be fixed like the shower drain had been fully taken off of the drain and along with the tub was seeping water, since the first room had a sick stench of cigarette when we first got the room we had not been told that the room was for smokers and I had requested a non smoking room.
