Very pet friendly -- no fees (aside from refundable deposit). Extremely clean and tidy. Staff very helpful, especially Chris who was very dedicated to making sure all client concerns were taken care of. AC worked well, but was noisy. Shower needs some work -- water came out half through the showerhead, half through the faucet.

The room was relatively clean. The bathroom had hair on the walls and hair on the walls of the bathtub. The sheets were stained as was the inside shower curtain, but the most important thing to note is that in the middle of the night a fire alarm went off the fire alarm went off because a non-guest was able to access a door that should’ve been locked and he started chaos that led to the fire alarms going off. This was a safety in an issue and was unacceptable.

My room was clean except for the walls. There were several disgusting stains on the bathroom wall and by the trashcan. Beds were clean and very firm. The AC kept to the room very cold. The property had smells in hallways. I did feel safe there and the area around seemed safe. It was very convenient for the price to visit WT A&M and Palo Duro Canyon state park.
