I would’ve given five stars but the communication wasn’t there when I arrived at the airport and I call for a shuttle, was disconnected and told that lines does not work twice. I called reservations, that number worked and he was able to send a shuttle but the said the shuttle will be right there 5 mins away. he forgot to tell me that embassy suites was helping with the shuttle so I was looking for a Fairfield Inn vehicle so I missed a couple rides one or two, 30 minutes later, I finally received a shuttle. I called prior to making a reservation and I asked if they had shuttle for the areas and they said yes, or whomever answer the phone that wasn’t true when I got there. The ice machine was not working on my floor couldn’t get ice from there, I ended up going to the next floor. My TV was not working in my room. I called the front desk. He said he would send a technician no one never came. I never received a phone call half hour past. Then an hour passed and I checked the TV and it was on. Nobody informed me as to what was going on Miscommunication. I chose Fairfield Inn Marriott, because it’s known for great quality.
