Good stay I can say

It’s was okay, the bedding was great, front desk was nice, waffles were great but the biscuits and gravy not much, the biscuits didn’t seem well done and the gravy was tasted as it was not heated up, like juts came straight out of the can and didn’t even heat up, and the the tv had a remote with beat up looking batteries in it and I had go to front desk to get another remote, the second one volume button did not work and I had to get another and the one I used was working. And also I was in room 112 near the side door, I almost didn’t feel safe due to that door was loosed open and guest were saying there was a guy standing outside of that door, I guess he was strange but I did report to front desk about the side door being loosed. But blessings and miracles to the staff and their property. Thank you!

Npt a bad place to sleep and shower; several substance users on property as guests. Only 1 elevator worked and side exit door never locked for safety. Looks like it has seen much better days and may be in the renovation stage.

A so so stay

The room was good. No complaints. However, the building seemed to be in mild disrepair. My in romm phone did not work. The displays for the elevators didnt work either. The continental breakfast was sad. There were waffles, but no eggs or sausage. The container for the biscuit was broke and feel into the gravy. No juice dispenser, just a quart sized jug in a mini fridge. I would stay again, but i'd forgo the breakfast

Lots of room for improvement!

We had driven 81/2 hours, with a 6 hour drive the next day. we did not get in until about three, told to park on back side of building, no one else was parked out there and did not feel safe, but did any way. When we got up to head out went to grab breakfast. Biscuits were hard and cold, Gravy was like thin water, had no taste. Went to eat cereal no bowls were available, so had to hunt someone down to get a bowl. Wife tried eating an apple, hard and no flavor at all. The elevator had panel on one side covered with paper and tape, down arrow on outside of elevator had no cover on it. Had to try and sleep with outside light shing thru curtains because they would not close all the way. And this had been rated as a 8 out of ten! What a joke.

The room smelled like dog piss really bad, there was poop stains in the toilet, cobwebs and cracked paint all over, beds were very uncomfortable, air conditioner kept turning off so it was hot, microwave was broken, the elevator was very sketchy (most of the elevator was broken but still operating). It did NOT look like the pictures online. They said there’s a free breakfast but there was barely any food available and equipment was broken so you couldn’t get some of the food. Just very rundown and nasty.

When we got into the room to begin the TV wasn’t working, when I check the bathroom was dirty with a black ring all around the tub, the walls in the entire bathroom were dirty , dusty, no shampoo and or conditioner. Roaches

It was outdated, smelled like smoke, and stuffy. The room had roaches. I contacted hotels.com to find a different booking and they didn’t want to give a refund initially. Said I had to go talk to the person at the front desk to ok me getting my money back.

Our stay was horrible. The pictures on the website are not what the property looks like. Our room was not clean at all. Some people across the hall was up all night smoking weed and it was coming into our room all night. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re there to do drugs because I feel like that all it’s used for. We called and told the front deck and they did nothing about it. They was up all night partying and smoking .

Not worth it

The beds aren’t the most comfy but terrible If you are going thinking that you will have breakfast think again unless you want food poisoning or last weeks biscuits 10/10 don’t recommend also stick to the stairs chances are the elevators will get stuck
