Bed bugs! Dirty sheets and toilets. Stayed for a total of 10 mins before checking out and moving to a new hotel. Booked through hotels.com for 2 days stay. Hotels.com had to reaxh out to them to see if they would agree to a refund. They only refunded one lf my nights. I will be contacting hotels.com again to fight this.

First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. The manager (shoutout to Sandy!) was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel itself is a little rundown in places—the elevator especially—but seemed to be undergoing renovation while we were there. No complaints at all regarding breakfast; the menu is fresh and full of variety. Overall, I’d say this hotel is a solid place to spend the night.

First room was not made up, 2nd room had someone in it, 3rd room had sticky floors and no lock on adjoining room. 4th room was ok but we needed to get towels. The place is being renovated, is a disaster and does not appear to have anyone working on the renovation. No amenities available for use during the disaster
