La ubicación es excelente, con una vista muy agradable y buena conexión a internet. La pantalla de la habitación es grande y de buena calidad. Sin embargo, el servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear: el personal fue poco amable y durante nuestra estancia no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación uno de los días. Además, la regadera es bastante pequeña, lo que resta comodidad.

EXCELLENT AMAZING STAY 5 STARS ⭐️

Our first room was great, but the television column didn’t work. Called maintenance and get up graded to a greater room and still was AMAZING!! Staff are great!! Valet was super Wonderful!!! Your valet sets the tone as the first contact and then the desk help was also excellent. I booked for my wife birthday and she loved the view of the River. We definitely will be booking in August two nights!!!

Good people make all the difference in this world

Hotel staff helped us during an issue, we had parked our oversize vehicle at a parking area outside the hotel location across the street and the vehicle is broken into. We had a baseball game to go to the next day and the hotel took our truck in through valet and their valet team watched our truck during the entire ball game because the glass was broke out and while we were at the ball game, they vacuumed out the glass out of the backseat, so my passengers could have safety on the return trip home as well as put cardboard in the window and taped it up so we could get home. I can’t say enough about the valet team at the Fort Pontchartrain 100% fantastic people, from the bottom of our heart thank you guys !!!

Cannot say enough great things about the staff at this hotel…everyone was so courteous and efficient! Standard rooms are a little small, but that is often the case in a city and the views make up for the limited space. Valet service was prompt when we needed to drive anywhere, but the location is so walkable that we did not do much driving. This is our second stay at this hotel for a game weekend.

So many things went wrong at this place in the first two hours. TV was broken and they stay in are room to replace it while my family and I continue with our schedule but when we return two and a half hours later we couldn't get in our room. Call front desk and was put on hold for about 15 to 20 mins. My son is disabled and wears braces and couldn't walk or stand any longer due to his weak legs. So I went down to tell them and I'm still on hold and see a few people that could answer my call or assist me right there but they were holding private conversations with each other and a couple of them were helping a customer. I finally saw one of the guys that was handling the TV problem in my room and told him he call a maintenance guy to come. The key was working but the door somehow got jammed but it wasn't jammed when we first when to our room. So it happened when the guys left while we were gone. They had to break into our room but busting in the door and using a tool. All this happened within the first few hours of being here. I was told by management that I would be refunded the 45dollars per day for parking, but only one wasn't charged and I reached home this afternoon and noticed that they didn't keep their word and they charged me 1 day. I want what was promised. My son's legs was cramping the rest of the evening from the long day and stand to long in the hallway to long. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. To much happened and some staff thought that it was funny.

Good location, clean room

In a central location. Walking distance to restaurants and night caps. There’s a bar and restaurant right across the hotel that serves good cocktails. The entrance to the room was narrow but the room itself is spacious. We had the corner room with a nice view of the city.

beautiful views, comfortable, reasonable and safe walking distance to the ballpark. one flaw - we asked for help getting our TV to work but it never connected so we could not use it during our stay.
