The airport shuttle was apparently full and the staff did not care that we needed a shuttle. Ignored me when i expressed my concern, stating that the shuttle was the reason we booked with them. The next shuttle she offered was 3 hours later after our flight would be gone. Elevator was out of order. Fridge freezer was completely full of frost. Bathtub was painted somehow, needed replaced. Not friendly staff member.

Avoid at all costs. The cleaning staff were bellowing down the halls in the morning with zero regard for sleepers. couple that with the jets you can hear every 15 minutes and it's purgatory. Reception staff weren't the most pleasant either. Do yourself a favour and book a hotel 30 mins away from the airport.

The accommodations were very good. Clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff when I checked in was not friendly. She was also not clear during check in (parking and fee was passed over when I had no idea there even was a fee). She did not look like she enjoyed what she was doing, nor did she present herself and someone wanting to make my stay enjoyable.

This is my second time at the same location, but this time the new staff not friendly at all. Housekeeping services very poor. Elevator out of order. During breakfast toaster out of order. Ladies in charge of breakfast not friendly at all. Not staying again.

I stayed in the hotel before my cruise for one night. The man at the front desk sent me to the wrong room. I walked into people changing. Went back downstairs and he moved me to the correct room. 412. The shower was either hot or scalding. No cold water at all. Same with the sink. 7 days later we returned at the end of our trip. The same man at the front desk. He is passive aggressively rude. My card had already been charged the deposit. I showed him. He showed me his paperwork saying it was declined. I showed him again I was charged. He is rude. I had to pay twice. Then we were out in the same room. We looked at the sink and the cold water was turned off. So we turned it back on. But the shower still scalding. Impossible to shower. The toilet leaks and has white stuff all around the bottom. We had one towel. Had to go down to the desk to get more towels. AC doesn’t keep up. Was humid and hot. Elevator was broken but they didn’t put a sign up. Plus the inspection expired 6 months ago. So beware of the death elevator. It’s bad. Only good thing. Bed was comfy.

The hot tub was covered with plywood, I tried to get into the pool and instantly hurt my foot on the sharp bottom of the pool. There was a lot of paint peeling in the bathroom falling into the shower/ tub, also no water pressure. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the room door barely opened/ closed with an almost half inch gap. The evevators are insanely sketchy! The back elevator the door almost rattles the whole elevator apart when it closes and opens, the front one drops like 8 inches every time it stopped at a floor. I heard two female staff members at the front desk argue with eachother every time I saw them working together it wasn’t a pleasant or welcoming stay. Don’t stay here! The only friendly experience at this place was the shuddle driver.

Our stay was a short one, just overnight awaiting a flight. The room seemed clean. All the items in the room worked as they should, although we did not use the coffee maker, hair dryer, or iron. The fridge was cold and TV worked even thought there was no guide for the channels. The bathroom could use some work. It was clean, but the caulking needed to be redone, and there was NO exhaust fan in the room making it quite steamy after a shower making the clothes that you take in with you a bit sticky as well. The shower worked well and the water was just as warm or hot as one would like. The beds were clean, no bed bugs, however, the mattress had a bit of a sag to it, and you really fell into it when sitting or lying on it. Both beds were like this in the room that we stated in. There were plenty of sheets and 3 pillows per bed, which was nice. Over all, this was a nice stay, and I would do it again if I needed to. Nothing in the room or during my stay would make me shy away from staying here. I will say not to use the gas stations that are close to the hotel though. Drive down the street a ways as the price will be half of what the other stores there are asking. This has nothing to do with the stay, just a heads up to someone if they do stay there.
