The staff was amazing. We just went thru a hell day coming back from the DR. Flight delays and cancellations made us need to stay in Ft Lauderdale. But the staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Our rebooked flight didn’t leave until 8pm the next day so the staff made recommendations for us and we can’t thank them enough. Next stay here will be at this hotel. Thanks

The shuttle that was offered was great! The shuttle is free and would provide transportation to anywhere in the city. This was very useful for use because we were not flying out till the next day. The shuttle took us to restaurants and shopping by request.

There were only 2 working lamps in the room. The toilet seat was not secured so it shifted every time you sat down. Frequent trash in hallways and once in the elevator. No change of linen or towels and we were there 6 nights.

Hotel was dirty and neglected. Outside pool was beautiful but hallways, Elevator and rooms were in poor condition. My room also had a cigarette smell to it. The room was dirty and certain things were broken.

Upon first arriving staff was good , I had two rooms reserved got one about an hour before check in which was nice. Second room was not ready so I told them I would be back and to take their time cleaning, when I returned they gave my room to someone else and I told them I wanted to be by my kids on the second floor but they put me on the fourth, okay whatever it was for one night. Then when we were going to bed I noticed that there were no pillows or blankets in the room for the third person I called down to ask for those things and they made me come down stairs to get them myself. I found that a little impressionable. I was very glad it was for only one night. Probably won’t book this hotel again.

This hotel is very outdated. Elevator is slow and took forever to come. Toilet seat was loose and we told them twice and it was not fixed. Soap dispensers were empty. Housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning as the one blanket was stained with with bbq sauce or blood and not changed. They left towels in the floor and only replaced one of the two bath towels. I would never stay her again. Oh breakfast was a joke too

Hotel looked very old and the carpets everywhere from lobby to rooms can get a make over. Staff was courteous and friendly. The door lock was outdated, the key did not work everytime. Breakfast waffle machine broke during breakfast.Bathroom doors locks were ancient.

The staff was kind and well intentioned but it seems like the owners are doing the bare minimum to keep this place going. Rooms could use some updates and lack simple things like outlets on the bedside table for charging your phone. We waited at the airport for 40 minutes after we called the hotel and were told the shuttle was on the way. Once the shuttle arrived the driver said that the hotel was not calling him to let him know that guest’s were waiting. The breakfast staff was very kind, however; they did not have the equipment required to do their job. For example they only had one coffee pot so they were not able to keep up with coffee needs and were not able to brew decaf and regular at the same time so people waited up to 20 min for a cup of coffee during breakfast.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the issues were constant and unacceptable. First, there was no WiFi available during my stay, which is a basic necessity, especially for guests who rely on internet access for work or communication. The room itself was not properly cleaned and had a strong musty odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The door key was another ongoing problem. It repeatedly stopped working, forcing me to return to the front desk multiple times. I was told the key was not programmed for the full length of my stay, which made no sense and felt like a poor excuse for their lack of proper preparation. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The options were extremely limited and unappealing, consisting of cold boiled eggs and bread. This fell far below even the most basic expectations for hotel breakfast service. Overall, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, unreliable room access, absence of WiFi, and poor food quality made the stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise management to address these serious issues.
We were locked out of our rooms about 2 times & we had to keep getting our key & get it rebooted.
The breakfast was nasty & the eggs was cold .. who eats cold eggs in the morning .
I had to clean up my own room before I left I never had anytype of cleaning to the beds , no rooms service, they came in & never clean my room but put new towels.
The tv wasn’t on the wall like it said , poor quality, the girl in front desk had a terrible attitude wit us , she was not welcome at all.. the day we was leaving we checked out & met another guy at the front desk & his hospitality was very nice..

Very nice place. Nice room, roomy and clean. The location was great, near the airport and places to eat. A great outdoor sitting area with a good view. One disappointing issue is the breakfast isn’t available until 7AM. We had to catch an early flight so we didn’t get a chance to eat before getting to the airport.

Despite some negative Google reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and freshly painted—while a bit dated, it was perfectly comfortable. The rate was very reasonable for a hotel so close to the airport. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, though it was available. We were able to leave our car for four nights at a fair price in a well-lit parking lot, which gave us peace of mind. The shuttle to the airport on the morning of departure was prompt. Airport pickup took longer than expected (close to an hour), but overall the experience was positive. A special thank you to Mr. Sterling, our friendly and helpful shuttle driver, who made a great impression. Overall, a satisfactory and good-value stay.
