Parking was awful!! My husband needs a handicap lot and we were able to get one for the first night we were there. The other nights we had to park in the back. Parking was ridiculously over priced, with zero security and no cameras anywhere. There was an issue with break ins when it cane to people's vehicles. The one lady was helpful the first night, she did help me with discounted Parking and the lady that checked us out never asked how are stay was and was very rude. We'll never stay at this hotel again!!

Check in was 3pm. We got there around 4:20pm. front desk told us we had to wait, then she ran back the hallway. Then she came back and said she’s waiting for someone to put the rooms in for her and we needed to wait for 5 minutes. Then the wait was longer, and the king bed was no longer available. So we got a room with a queen.They offered no discount for the inconvenience of the smaller bed room either. Then the room smelled like someone was smoking weed in an adjacent room. There was a loud sound of water gurgling. Room 440 is what we stayed in. It was clean though, tv worked, coffee maker worked, hot water and water pressure was good.

Turned heat on in room before we went out for the evening. Came back it was 55 degrees in our room. Blowing out cold air. Went to front desk. All rooms were booked. So we slept in our clothes. Also sink was draining properly filled up fast with water.

Good: Very clean hotel Very comfortable Great location, proximity to the airport Friendly staff Bad: Shuttle: I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, and still didn’t manage to get the complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel (10:30PM). This experience could certainly be made better very easily Room: 1) Blinds: the blinds in my room didn’t go all the way down. No pullers or mechanism.. they were just locked at the 70% down way point 2) Bathroom: No body-wash in the dispenser (I’m sure this is an easy fix) 3) Bathroom: Vent fan not working so excessive humidity build up 4) Bathroom: Water drainage issue- I was given a handicap access room for some reason and the floor didn’t drain properly after the shower. Leaving puddles of water on the floor after my shower. I’m not sure this is an easy fix and may or may not be important to other customers Overall, most of the issues could be easily fixed, but they DO need attention from the management to make the experience of this hotel better. Thanks.

Room was in good condition but even with heat to 80 degrees it was freezing all night. The staff was not that attentive and appeared unprofessional even when explaining things, at least when I checked in. As far as parking it was a ridiculous price for the price I paid to even stay there
