Place was dated, price was right. Many amenities broken. Including the hot tub, wood in the sauna, and much of the basic fitness equipment such as the treadmill.

Hotel run with no adults in charge

If you have ever wanted to stay at a hotel run by 12 year olds, this is the one for you. For breakfast, coffee was served without ordinary creamer (and they couldn't find any without flavorings when I asked). Trash from breakfast was left all over the gym and no one bothered to clean it. There were no towels in the otherwise very nice pool area, and no one could empty a wastebasket or bring towels to the room--I had to ask three times for services. Worst of all, the hotel shuttle left my disabled, 88-year-old mother in the ground transportation area of the airport instead of ticketing, although they knew that she needed support at the airport to get to ticketing, as I had told them a day in advance. If this experience doesn't appeal to you, do yourself a favor and find another hotel. There must be one in Eagan with adults in charge.

Only stay here if you aren’t expecting much.

Rooms were decent. Rented 2 rooms for the night, tv in one room went out around 7pm. Told front desk right away, waited another couple hours and told them again. They said they’d be right up, they never came, 2 adults and 5 kids had to watch tv in 1 room. Making the other room useless expect for the beds at bedtime. Pool was small but kids had a fun time. Definitely won’t book there again. Went down for breakfast, they were out of regular milk for the cereal, pancakes were alright.

I found the "sweet spot" location

I was in town for a golf tournament. I travel quite a bit and found this "sweet spot" for the areas tournaments. Convenient to everything I needed - Golf course(s), restaurants, fast food, fuel, etc. A very walkable location, which helps to stretch out legs after a. long day. Will make this my prime location to stay for these local events.

Very rude staff

They said they had airport transfer and when I went at 430 like the lady in afternoon told me I got there at 430 am and the girl caryann told me they didn’t have a transfer until 7 am and when I asked what she could do she said nothing that’s your problem!!

When I checked in there was a long black hair on the bathroom floor in the bathroom sink in front of the tub! Didn't have time to check anything else out.How to meet my daughter for a wedding dress?Fitting upon returning to the room less than 5 minutes.Fire alarm went off had to evacuate! ! 1 After 45 minutes getting back into the room.I really didn't have time to do much cause I had to get up at five o'clock in the morning to head back to my job ninety eight miles away. Wanted to take a shower but the diverter on the tub didn’t work, and there was no way i was going to sit in In that. Tub as there was also black hair in that! I had notified the front desk the night before about the hair. The next morning when I checked out the front desk. Clerk was aware and she was gonna check it out. I talked to her 3 or 4 times and she did say the gal that cleaned that room did have long black hair but she couldn't refund my money as I booked through hotels.com. Is there anything you can do to compensate me, ? I'll never stay at another Days Inn, That's for sure.they were going to give me Wyndall

comfortable bed

Wonderful space; shower has a handle which made it easier. polite staff, front desk, mickey? was the best of the best - room is modern; not a fan of the primary color scheme but it was up to date, clean, no weird smells and comfortable bed… couldn’t enjoy the pool due to very loud children who hit my guest twice with a volleyball, so we left.. but that has nothing to do with the hotel or staff
