Overall, we had a great experience. Our room was not ready upon our arrival. We settled for different accommodation in which was less than stellar. Irvin one of the staff and or managers went above and beyond to remedy the matter. He got us a new room and keep us informed every step of the way. Irvin went above and beyond he truly made our first trip enjoyable. We highly recommend you stay here. The location is convenient and accessible to all attractions including bourbon street and the French quarter.
