Not impressed Paint doesn't cover everyday. The front door was taped to open. Locked for the night at midnight. The sub floor had been wet but carpet was placed over the uneven floor. The tile was broken and covered at every door. The nicest part of the room was the toilet. The shower was spotted with repair putty. The headboard and picture was hung crucked. They tried to place click together flooring down but it has gotten wet so it was bubbled in places. The over all smell was yucky. No bed bugs so that was a bonus but I would Not ever stay again! The man was kind at the front desk.

Decent place. Please don’t expect 5 star accommodations for price. Beds were comfortable, location was good. Walking distance to Old Colorado City and easy drives to Garden of the Gods and Manitou. Breakfast was underwhelming

It was a great place to sleep and use the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged which was strange. The towels we got were dirty. The breakfast was pretty good. The beds were made and comfortable. Behind the building there was people working on cars, kind of interesting. Overall pretty good place to sleep and chill around.

The deposit held was nearly twice the room rate. That's sketchy. The room smelled like feet. Other than that, it's about what you'd expect for this quality of a hotel.

The office manager. Gary was very nice and very knowledgeable at check in and check out times. He made me feel very welcomed to the hotel. My room was clean with coffee to make in the room. I had a quiet room and I felt safe. Thank you

Very pleased with our stay at the Rodeway Inn in Colorado Springs. It hit our top three priorities. Affordable, breakfast included, and good location. Fancy hotels are not super important to us. It was very clean. Super close to all the activities we wanted to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Only real complaint was the lighting wasn’t very good in our room. For the price, this place was excellent.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this hotel. Name is Diane . The rooms are dirty, not just dusty but serious dirty... see photos. Lights broken, plaster falling off the walls, hiles in the walls, there were burn holes in the sheets!!!! In the parking lot you had people who hung out in their broken down cars all day, then at night sat there smoking in them. With kids. Thefront of the hotel is half boarded up. Looks like a crack house and smells like it too. See pictures for examples. Hotels.com should take this place off their list. What a crap hole. Seriously the owners should be embarased at what they offer for breakfast.

good for the price but... do not expect luxury. great for a convenient place to lay your head. breakfast was not really available unless you wanted coffee and toast. no protein available on the day I was there.
