Great Area, But Queen bed felt very small

Had a wonderful time in Trois Rivières and the proximity of the hotel helped. The view was wonderful. he room was big, but strangely so. A lot of empty space that felt like it had once held two beds but one was removed. The queen bed we booked felt like it was at most a double. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Would stay again.

C’est une très belle hôtel, très propre et le service est parfait mais le gros désavantage pour nous a été l’insonorisation des chambres! Nous avons pris cette hôtel une fin de semaine où il avait un événement à trois rivière et donc les chambres était au double du prix normal. Entendre les enfants marcher au plafond et les voisins parler dans la chambre à côté c’est la premier fois que je vivais sa et sa nous a dérangé. Nous ne sommes pas style à chialer mais sa nous a grandement surpris et déçu!

Nous revenons déçu pour une deuxième fois de suite car encore une fois l’alarme du cadran s’est déclenché à 6:00 du matin sans qu’on ne ait programmé. Nous avons avisé la réception encore une fois et ils nous ont simplement dit savoir que les cadrans sont problématiques sans nous offrir aucune compensation. Je crois que ce n’est pas digne d’une chambre à ce prix. Le minimum c’est d’assurer une nuit sans perturbation à sa clientèle. Nous ne reviendront plus.
