I really enjoyed my stay in my small apartment. It was everything that I hope it would be looked exactly like the pictures. It was a very clean. I was super excited and I could bring my dog with me. I will definitely be back each time I visit Wisconsin. This place was a beauty and very close to everything. 10 out of 10 I will recommend!

Room was great. Location perfect for our needs. Comfortable. My only complaint was the noise. Very thin walls. People partied in the common area around 3 am. I could hear everyone all night knocking snow off their shoes. Snow shovels outside all kept me awake. Sunday night I slept great though. It was really a great place. Just bring ear plugs.

Kasa is a great place to stay. I did experience a roach inside the apartment however I don’t think Kasa is fully responsible for this incident because it’s an apartment complex. I didn’t like that the other tenants left trash in the hallways maybe they have a trash service but I think that’s why the bugs are there. Other than that you definitely can’t speak loudly they do not play about noise which is understandable. We got warnings while singing Happy Birthday and having conversations. Just keep the noise down and you’ll be fine. Beautiful apartment and cozy.
