Our room was missing a remote, when we went to the front desk to ask about a replacement, their was no staff present at the desk and we had to say “excuse me,” to get helped. We were then met with attitude by the worker and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Same with check in. It took two different remotes to get one working and we had to propose the idea to get one out of an empty room. As we were looking for the remote, we found a dirty pair of socks that wasn’t ours, a dirty used qtip behind the bed and dusty vents. When we showered we had to clean crusted residue off the soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles to even use them. Simple things that really should not be getting missed between guests. The beds were also uncomfortable and we tossed and turned in pain all night long. It was such a shame expecting to go in and get the quality that goes with the name but we definitely didn’t get our moneys worth and there were several areas for improvement.
