Not so good. First a long wait for check-in, then a SUPRISE $14 mandatory parking fee, more than a 14% increase in price - ugh!!! Never reveled during Hotels.com booking, so very disappointed in Hotels.com and Grand Vista. When check-in I asked about the location of the included breakfast, and the clerk pointed out the location. The next morning we when for the buffet, picked up some eggs, but before we could eat the waitress gave me a $32 bill. I objected, she called a manager 'Sam" who told her they have a Hotels.com booking, so NO complimentary breakfast. We just got up and left. Room was just okay so that's the highlights of our stay. Can you please get back to me on this poor experience.
